Shipping Policy

We offer FREE standard ground shipping for our facial oils within the USA as part of our promotion for a limited time only.

Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business week. 

 

We kindly ask that you anticipate 4-10 business days for standard shipping and processing depending on your location. For orders shipped to Canada please follow instructions as you check out.

Order cancellation

When in need to cancel an order, please email us at info@skinundressed.com with the subject “cancel my order.” Order cancellation must be placed within 12 hours from order placement.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, so if our facial oils did not meet your needs, please contact us at Info@skinundress.com within 14 days of your purchase. We will be happy to issue a refund for the full amount minus shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
